The four winds club is a great getaway , there is lots of natural beauty to explore to include 2 lakes and the Rappahannock river for fishing a pool with a separate children's pool activities for the kids at the youth center and great food and drink at the Restraunt with 18 holes of golf if you choose.
Have played here several times, and every time I go here I always find myself questioning why I spent the money to play here. Its basically a field with greens and pins. You can hit your ball in the middle of the fairway and still lose your ball because the grass is so unkept. I have also been here twice in the summer now, and both times I have been there has been no water in the water coolers on the course. Spend the extra $10 and play at a real course.
Not a great course overall, but easily worth price to play
Lots of good people most of which you can count on more like a community with a little effort and the right people running restaurants it could be the bet of everything in area
EXTREMELY POOR SHAPE.! A shame. I've played it for years and it ain't no championship course. Enjoyable and reasonable costs. Restaurant & hospitality is great. They have let the greatest asset they have, the course, go th the dogs. It's a shame.
