I always get my mail on time but every time I've had a package sent to my house through the post office I get a could not deliver notice in my mail box. I am a stay at home mom who has been home every time we've gotten one. My mail box is about 1/2 mile away from the house so I'm pretty sure it's just laziness. I've never had a problem getting packages from ups or FedEx.
